Erasmus+ international projects can open new opportunities for professional and personal growth, helping university staff gain new skills, discover new perspectives and build international networks.

Govshut Shadurdyyev, a geodesist and graduate of Belarusian National Technical University, is a teacher at S. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural Academy and an active participant in the Erasmus+ projects NICOPA and GEOCLIC.

In 2021, Govshut entered the Kazakh-German University master’s programme in Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM). He studied his first year remotely due to the pandemic. His decision to continue his education was strongly influenced by his Erasmus+ experience.
